I'm extremely disappointed with the service I'm receiving. I made a purchase on Saturday 1st of February. I paid cash and I was told I will receive my items within the week. Before I left I was told they'll communicate to let me know to let me know how far the process is and so on. I only got a call once after sending an email, communicating that they still waiting for stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Saturday the 8th, my husband called to speak to the sales person Lorenzo that assisted us, he said he'll check and call us back we waited for a phone call which never came. We had to go to the store to find out what's going on, just to find out they still waiting for stock from the one warehouse. When we said okay it's fine we'll cancel the order then all of the sudden they remembered they can order from another warehouse. Why didn't they do that long before the time. Why was it necessary for us to rind them to do their job. I'm very disappointed because we were patient and understating but the lack of communication and the fact that the sales person is so nonchalant about helping us is very frustrating.
