Excellent customer service, I didn't wait long at all for my package to arrive, I received updates regarding each stage of the process and the delivery driver Mdudizi Maisa was professional and friendly. Thank you for offering great service keep up the excellent work.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I'm receiving. I made a purchase on Saturday 1st of February. I paid cash and I was told I will receive my items within the week. Before I left I was told they'll communicate to let me know to let me know how far the process is and so on. I only got a call once after sending an email, communicating that they still waiting for stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Saturday the 8th, my husband called to speak to the sales person Lorenzo that assisted us, he said he'll check and call us back we waited for a phone call which never came. We had to go to the store to find out what's going on, just to find out they still waiting for stock from the one warehouse. When we said okay it's fine we'll cancel the order then all of the sudden they remembered they can order from another warehouse. Why didn't they do that long before the time. Why was it necessary for us to rind them to do their job. I'm very disappointed because we were patient and understating but the lack of communication and the fact that the sales person is so nonchalant about helping us is very frustrating.
I'm very disappointed in the service im receiving after the purchase of the vehicle. I was extremely happy when I purchased the vehicle, but not long after that I started experiencing issues with the central locking and chips on the windscreen, when taking the car back the chips were only fixed and apparently the central locking was also sorted out, not even a week later literally within the same week the central locking started giving issues where its not working at all and the chips have reappeared on the windscreen. Now when im trying to get it sorted out im given stories. With the crime rate so high I can't afford to still be locking my car with the keys when there's a central locking system and alarm system in the car. If anyone should try to break in they'll do it successfully because there's no alarm to alert me or even tracker. Very bad service its very sad that after the deal is done and money is paid to the dealership they couldn't be bothered one bit about the problems you are experiencing. It just shows you that its all about making money and nothing about putting customers 1st.
