Extremely Disappointed and Unacceptable Treatment

Dear Fairheads Benefit Fund,
I am extremely disappointed with your lack of urgency in addressing my situation. I have been without proper meals or electricity for over 3 weeks, despite being unemployed and known to your fund. I now have only one day of electricity left, and this is completely unacceptable from an organization that claims to support vulnerable individuals.
Your previous response failing to provide immediate assistance is not sufficient. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a serious matter of survival. I demand that my complaint be escalated and addressed immediately through your internal complaints process.
If this situation is not resolved without further delay, I will be forced to take further action, including lodging formal complaints with the relevant authorities and making my experience public to highlight the harm caused by your negligence.
I expect urgent feedback and action today not in  24hrs.

 I acknowledge your response; however, it is misleading and unacceptable given the circumstances.
You state that I must follow your internal complaints process, yet I already emailed your complaints department at 14:36, and to date I have received no response whatsoever. This clearly shows a failure on your side to manage your own internal complaints process.

I am no longer requesting guidance or generic responses. I am formally demanding a confirmed payment date. Please provide the exact date on which payment will be made, without further delay.

Fairheads Benefit Services is fully aware that I am unemployed and vulnerable, yet they have allowed my situation to deteriorate to a critical level with no urgency or concrete action.
I have been without proper meals for weeks, and as of now my electricity has been completely disconnected. I am feeling physically weak from not eating, and I am genuinely concerned that I may end up in hospital if nothing is done. This is no longer just a delay — this is a health and humanitarian crisis.
I followed their so-called internal complaints process, emailed their complaints department, and escalated the matter multiple times. I only received acknowledgements and excuses, with no payment date, no emergency assistance, and no real help. Being told that my case is “escalated” while I sit without food or electricity is unacceptable.
This is especially shocking coming from a trust fund that is supposed to support vulnerable individuals. Their lack of urgency, accountability, and compassion has caused severe hardship and distress.
I am now being forced to consider legal action simply to survive. I strongly caution anyone dealing with Fairheads Benefit Services to be aware of how they handle beneficiaries in crisis.
