I submitted a request in December to purchase a phone through the Trust. Despite providing all required documentation, including a quotation and an affidavit, the request has still not been finalised. After waiting for weeks, I was recently told to wait another 10 to 15 working days, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of urgency and poor communication is extremely frustrating. The phone I am currently using is old and outdated and urgently needs replacement. These ongoing delays are negatively affecting my ability to function effectively, yet my request continues to be treated without any priority. I have fully comp**** with every requirement, but I am still waiting with no clear explanation or confirmed timeline. This level of service is unacceptable.
