WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
They delay calls so that your airtime finishes. I called 5 times in one hour and used R100 airtime; agents are rude. They do not help and payments are irregular

I called your 021 number this morning 5 times. I requested a call back from you and not received one. Asking me to make a call on a phantom number I cannot see is ridiculous
