After buying some items, I have gone there on several occasions trying to collect them, but was told that I should bring the receipt (even though I gave them the order number). The last time they checked on the system and found the order number was in July but they still refused to give them to me without the said receipt.

On 19/10/2020 I went there together with the receipt as required but was told to wait for the manager. I've ever since went there about 5 times, they keep on promising to call me back but even today I have not heard from them

I guess only Speak-out'll come to my rescue
