I would like to sincerely acknowledge and express my deep appreciation to Mr. Aphane Fairplay Kwamhlanga for the outstanding service he provided throughout the process of purchasing house materials. Horrible Customer Service at FairPlay Jane Furse
General poor and horrible customer service, especially on black customers, one would queue up to pay and eventually kept at the dire waiting for the goods purchase which normally take an hour or more, if you can visit the store you would most definitely mistaken it for Government Hospital. People should stay away from this store, too much unnecessary paperwork with employees just loafing and walking around,the store Manager is there but not helpful at all.

FairPlay Hardware KwaMhlanga delivery service department is very poor, they delivered wrong 15 boxes of PVC ceilings, now they giving me a go around when it’s time to come deliver correct material and pick up their stuff. If they can’t deliver today l need a refund l have people waiting to work on day wages while they are procrastinating and playing dolly dolly games with me that the truck is broken and others are busy. I paid for this delivery in the first place and they are supposed to prioritize their mistake, very poor service for a hardware that recently opened with promises of delivering quality services.

Disappointed customer
I am so disappointed with this hardware. I am fedup because this is not the first time I receive a poor service from them. I bought material from them and they called me to let me that I will receive my delivery. Its been a week waiting for that delivery. I called the store they told me i will receive my things the following day which was Wednesday (27th March). I wrote an email to their head office and got no response. This is the last time I am buying anything from them. Why are they not communicating with their customers? I am so pi***d off about their service 😡😡😡

Disappointed customer

a day ago REVIEWS After buying some items, I have gone there on several occasions trying to collect them, but was told that I should bring the receipt (even though I gave them the order number). The last time they checked on the system and found the order number was in July but they still refused to give them to me without the said receipt. On 19/10/2020 I went there together with the receipt as required but was told to wait for the manager. I've ever since went there about 5 times, they keep on promising to call me back but even today I have not heard from them I guess only Speak-out'll come to my rescue Response from the owner a day ago We will investigate your concern and comes back to you before the end business 9th November 2020 I mean they've been investigating since the 19/10/2020
