Vodacom network sucks. For the past 2 years I have been calling their call centre complaining about their nonexistent network connection, but nothing has changed. Instead their network connection is getting worse day by day. It seems like they don't care about us being their customers. As long as they rip us off our money by taking our data whilst we don't even have a connection they are fine. Every time I call them they pretend to be fixing whatever problem they have, but honestly they are not doing anything to solve this. Maybe I should consider using better network providers. I think I have been more than patient with this kind of nonsense
a day ago REVIEWS After buying some items, I have gone there on several occasions trying to collect them, but was told that I should bring the receipt (even though I gave them the order number). The last time they checked on the system and found the order number was in July but they still refused to give them to me without the said receipt. On 19/10/2020 I went there together with the receipt as required but was told to wait for the manager. I've ever since went there about 5 times, they keep on promising to call me back but even today I have not heard from them I guess only Speak-out'll come to my rescue Response from the owner a day ago We will investigate your concern and comes back to you before the end business 9th November 2020 I mean they've been investigating since the 19/10/2020
