General poor and horrible customer service, especially on black customers, one would queue up to pay and eventually kept at the dire waiting for the goods purchase which normally take an hour or more, if you can visit the store you would most definitely mistaken it for Government Hospital. People should stay away from this store, too much unnecessary paperwork with employees just loafing and walking around,the store Manager is there but not helpful at all.
Big ****, i took a tyre insurance with them and have put a claim through to them after getting a double puncture almost four weeks go, it was raining very heavily and had no choice but to replace both of my damaged tyres at the very nearest place where this guys are fixing and replacing tyres and unfortunately this happens to be the guys running the business informally on the street. I followed almost all the processes including but not limited to taking all the damaged tyres to Tiger Wheel & Tyres in Tembisa as this is stated in their policy, when i got there, the Manger took all the pictures of the damaged tyres on all different angles including the measurements, assured and confirmed that everything is fine. Up to today, i am still waiting to hear from Bidvest Insurance, made a lot of calls and sent through the emails but only receive automatic response. This is very disgusting and unfair customer service or treatment from the service providor.
I am writing this report a very sad individual, I was made to pay R3500,00 to this guy known to me as Caswell Moshakga who works with EAE Motors in Vereeniging because he told me that he can assist interns of clearing my historical debts and eventually help me in buying a vehicle from the Dealership because of his good working relations with ITC and EAE Motors. Fast forward, the money was paid to him instantly from my bank account to his personal FNB account as per his persistent, i was later told that the money has been transferred to EAE MOTORS and up to this date, nothing has occurred hence I’m now given excuses from time to time to an extent that i now suspect that the guy and the dealership only wanted to milk the money out of me. I spoke to the EAE Dealership Manager by the name of Imraan who confirmed that the guy work with them and he will make sure that I get my money back but to this day, the guy ( Caswell Moshakga ) and the EAE Dealership still owes me my money. EAE Motors went as far as doing ITC check on my name without my consent which is against the POPI ACT, it is clear that they are operating outside the credit regulations Act. I would like to warn everyone who would like to conduct the business with EAE Dealership to refrain from doing so, they are actually involved in the business of de*****ing inspecting customers together with their spotter Caswell Moshakga.
Referred a customer to them by sharing a link with the customer, promised an cash of about R 1 000.00 which never materialized. After contacting and enquiring with them about this, they pretended as if they weren't aware of this referral , the customer that i referred also contacted them with regard to this but they still refused to pay me. Warning : stay away from Naked Insurance because they playing with people's emotion with empty promises.
It is so sad that this company called Le Morgan are so quick to list us on the credit bureau as bad payers even if our accounts are up to date. I tried many times to get this corrected and sorted out but their consultants from their accounts department kept on lying to me and this is one of those reasons one might never want to buy from them again hence they enjoys blacklisting poor consumers even if their accounts are up to date. Warning : please don't buy from this people especially on credit.
The company has unfairly listed me as a bad buyer on the following accounts : 1. MTN SA 2. Le Morgan I have tried communicating with them several times, this include sending the proof of payments and the statements too but they still don't want to correct and update their records, they are very good at blacklisting the poor consumers and too slow to correct this when the account is up to date. Their consultants are also not helping as they very arrogant on the phone. The company is only just good at blacklisting the poor consumers even when paying their accounts in time.
The store is very neat and the staff there is very good and pay much attention to the customers as they speak a variety of languages.
Stay away from this unscrupulous financial institution, they operate like pure loan sharks, high interest rates and debit the customers account whenever it suits them not as per the contract. I took out a funeral policy with capitec some years ago and eventually added my uncle who unfortunately passed on through unnatural death within almost five months of waiting period, I immediately phoned the bank upon his death and was advised by the consultant to cancel the policy via the email since the person is deceased now and there is no need for me to keep on paying for the person who has passed on, i send the email to the bank last month advising them to cancel the policy ,to my amazement the bank still debited my bank account, I immediately phoned the bank and advised them of this and all what the rude consultant over the telephone told me i won't get my money back though that policy was cancelled almost a month ago. This is again a thuggery and disgusting behavior from Capitec again on their loyal clients. I have already sent through all the necessary documents requested by the bank but there is still no payment. What a poor service treatment from Capitec Bank once again.
