<p>My screen of my phone cracked and i then informed the insurance about this. I have been going back and forth with this insurance company since the 7th of November 2016 and to date i have still not received my phone. They only collected the phone a month later after failing to give me documents to get it fixed for free by Samsung. When i enquired on on the progress i was then advised to pay an excess amount which i paid on 22 December 2017, proof thereof was submitted. Since then every thing has been going back and forth to even being told i will receive a new phone by Khethiwe Thovhakale if they dont get feedback by16 January 2017, still nothing. I then enquired again and was sent from pillar to post. This company does not call or even provide you with feedback on anything. I have been without a phone for close to two months now. Thought i should write here first before i report to theOmbudsman.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
