<p>Atrocious customer service. I claimed a stolen handset that I had been diligently paying insurance for almost 3 years. I made a claim they said they would process it in 72 working hours and only gave a response after 5 days because I made daily followups. Then a person by the name of Fikile Mbeye sent me and email dictating to me a paying consumer which 2 options to choose from as these are the only two avaliable in my insurance band! Are you kidding me! Two options only and they call themselves an insurance company. I looked up the market value of these handsets and they value is far below the band I have insured for. I asked her to investigate certain handsets and get back to me and did he/ or she do that? NO! It is sad that in the age of the Consumer Protection Act we get incompetent consultants dealing with services we pay for with our hard earned money. Thanks for nothing Fikile Mbeye and Fairtrade solutions. I love my insurance company...NOT!</p>
