My son needed a shoe for his Matric Dance, we popped in at the Oriental Plaza branch just to do some shoe research, Qiyam assisted us. He was so helpful and passionate about his job. Qiyam has a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain to my son in detail regarding the different styles and comfort level of each shoe.. What was just supposed to be a window shopping trip ended in us buying the shoes and left as happy customers. It's so refreshing to find someone still so passionate about their job, Qiyam is an absolute super-star. We highly recommend the family shoe centre for all your footwear needs.

My son needed a shoe for his Matric Dance, we popped in at the Oriental Plaza branch just to do some shoe research, Qiyam assisted us. He was so helpful and passionate about his job. Amazing and fast service
Amazing and fast service. My second pair in a space of 1 month. Im in love with the store, Im in love with the quality of their shoes. Delivery is samee day if yoour order before 10am and you are in GP. I highly recommend

Amazing and fast service

Amazing shoes, great quality and fast and effective delivery. I'm so happy with my purchase and I can't believe I didn't know about this store. Took them less than 24 hours to deliver (as I'm in Johannesburg). Keep up the good work and you have gained a customer in me.

The Family Shoe Centre, forever yona
I would like to complain about the speedy delivery of The Family Shoe Centre. I ordered my Caterpillars in the morning and when I get home they were waiting for me at the door. Who does that, The Family Shoe Centre. First in SA🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Outstanding customer service and great value for money!
Buying online always carries some risk—you never know if a business is legitimate or if they will accommodate you in case you need to make an exchange. In all the years I've been shopping online, I have never had such a positive experience. I needed to return a pair of shoes twice because they didn’t fit, but not once did Family Shoe Centre make me feel guilty, charge extra fees, or treat me poorly. They handled everything quickly and efficiently. I am truly impressed with their friendly service. I highly recommend this store—outstanding customer service and great value for money!
