I bought 20mls and 50 mls glass bottles in January this year. I paid the full required amount and sent the proof of payment. I waited for a response after Nonhlanhla Mthembu received my proof of payment. I then received 20 MLS bottles with no caps and inserts only after weeks of digging and emailing everybody including writing here, on checking with Nonhlanhla I was surprised to be hear that I got the 50mls bottles and the caps on the previous order I asked her further she decided to keep quet and leave me hanging for over a month. I received an email from Tsholofelo Modise on the 24th of February saying they will refund me and take the bottles they sent. Indeed the courier arrived and they took their bottles. The problem is the very same person that promised the refund also decided to be mute about my refund. No one is answering my emails. Bonpak has the worst service on earth no one deserves this. I don't have bottles and my money. We are on a 3rd month
I made an order of bottles and made a payment on the 20th of January I emailed Nonhlanhla Mthembu requesting the update. Both times she ignored me she did not bother to answer any of my emails.
I have registered with Mancosa late 2020, I never head from them after I was appointed a guys called Thuso Dladla. I picked the NQF level 7 course instead of 6. I have been sending emails to Thuso Dladla who chose to ignore my emails and disregard me. I then called other branches because I needed to know if I'm accepted or not, that's when I was told about my mistake we agreed that he will place me on the right course and update me. I have been writing to both their email and Thuso Dladla. I am so frustrated I don't know what to do in order to get their assistance. I need to know if I am accepted or no so that I can prepare for my studied. I have never received such a bad service
