Poor customer service

Hello I had a few bad experiences at the haasendal store. I let it slide the first 3 times but its really getting to a point where I no longer want to buy my biltong and visit your store.

I absolutely love your biltong and products but the customer Service was very poor. The attendant (tall with glasses) always looks very annoyed and unfriendly. Hardly greeted. She is selective and not consistent with all customers. I dont even get a slip and I get so tired of asking for one because then she gets annoyed. While I was in the store she greeted another customer and happily assisted.I dont think il go back there again.
