I took out a finchoice loan a year ago, debit orders has been going off timously from the same bank account every month . To my surprise I get an sms a few days after the debit order went off to say that my account is in arrears. I called into the call center many times to find out what was going on. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I was told to send proof of the debit order going off. I sent this.Till this day they are still '' tracking''my payments. As a result my credit score has been dropping tremendously. I am in the process of buying property but cannot due to this. I then get phone calls every day about my arrears account, after I explained to the third agent, he then dropped the call. Extremely disappointed with Finchoice customer service. Never making use of their services AGAIN.
Hello I had a few bad experiences at the haasendal store. I let it slide the first 3 times but its really getting to a point where I no longer want to buy my biltong and visit your store. I absolutely love your biltong and products but the customer Service was very poor. The attendant (tall with glasses) always looks very annoyed and unfriendly. Hardly greeted. She is selective and not consistent with all customers. I dont even get a slip and I get so tired of asking for one because then she gets annoyed. While I was in the store she greeted another customer and happily assisted.I dont think il go back there again.
<div>I am very disappointed in Debonairs Brackenfell. I ordered for collection, was told it will be ready in 15min,got there 20 minutes later.,20min later I am still waiting as we speak. Our order got given tp someone else who ordered in store. What's the point of ordering online????? Where is the customer service and time management?? Pathetic. This is not the first time this happened, the previous time the issue was with Debonairs Canal Walk. I will rather go to their competitors going forward. Never had an issue with them. I love debonairs pizza but if I am not going to be treated with a service they portray customers they give then im sorry, I am not going back. Excellent service delivery is essential. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! </div>
I have been an account holder for more than ten years but seriously going to switch to another bank who cares about their customers and one that is convenient. I called in at their call centre for a refund as two debit orders went off for no valid reason. Was told to call in again as it doesnt "reflect" on their side. I called in again only to find out the refund cant be processed as I need to update my details. My problem is, never did I receive a confirmation to update details as I could have made arrangements to go to the bank. This is an inconvenience and bad customer experience. I mean what is the purpose of the convenience of a call centre.Definitely switching to another bank asap.
I had such a bad experience at Mc Donalds Brackenfell a few min ago. The lady taking the order was very unprofessional when I asked her to politely replace my order with something else. Her response was'yes wait'.To add to this her tone was quite loud and abrupt. My question is what kind of retail assistant speaks to any customer in that manner. Were they not trained how to respond and treat their customers? This was not the first time I had a bad experience. Definitely not going there again.
