Mxm and angry
I'm actually writing this review with my tears on my eyes ... the student doctors who were actually assisting my 7 month year old daughter... they don't know where to insert the niddle or what ever they call it to my child they had to take it in and out and moving it roughly to look for the vain... and they both failed to what ever they were trying to help with because they failed to ask for help to other employees who knows because probably they only care about their title of being called a so-called doctor... clearly it shows that tream work works better than anything.

Most disgusting....rude undisciplined place ....hospital.i had cause to take a pt there ..the pt was fitting ...they left the pt...pt landed on the floor... sis Drs . Sis nurses what r you doing in the medical field ..I RHT the pt out of there. that is a hell hole... Sis .. sis on you all .

Worse medical facility and staff
My sin hand had rwo open fractures after a bike accident took them 4 days and he still is in casualties 06:29 MARCH 14 2024

MY DAD DIED AT FAR EAST RAND HOSPITAL
My father died at Far east rand hospital on the 22nd of August. I was informed on the phone my father died. I got to the hospital seconds after he died and asked if I can see him. The security was rude and said no. You have to come back on Monday morning. They took him to the mortuary. I had no time to see him. No goodbye. No answers to what happened. When I received his notice of death it said he had a heart attack. This is so cruel. Letting patients die without letting family say goodbye or even an answer from the doctors. The staff is the rudest people I have ever come accross No life matters to them. When I went to the mortuary people are dying like flies

Far East Hospital is Disgusting!!!!
I had excruciating pain, went to a Dr end of Jan 2020, she referred me to Hospital because she discovered i had Gallstones, i then went to Far East Hospital where i went to casualty and found a very rude Female Dr, she sounded like she is from an African country because she kept calling the nurse very rudely and said just come and translate here i dont understand your language, anyway she asked me what was wrong i explained to her, and gave her the referral letter, she said she will not look at a PVT Dr's referral letter and will make her own diagnosis, i explained to her that Gallstones and Ulcers are often misdiagnosed because the symptoms are alike, she said to me she will leave me there and another Dr can attend to me, i said to her i am not arguing i am just trying to find out if i could possibly do a scan, she said I am not the Dr she will diagnose whatever she feels is right, they treated me for 2 hours for Ulcers and discharged me after she has being rude to me a couple of times, i went back to FarEast a week later because the pain was back and Gallstone symptoms were clear, the Marshals who are supposed to control queues and direct people are rude and act like they are the best thing that happened after Jesus Christ, they walk around looking down on patients and people like you are the scum of the earth when you go to a Public Hospital, i then finally got my file, sat in another long queue to see a Dr again, only to get to another rude female Dr who said i need to finish my treatment, i explained to her that i need a scan because i have gallstones, she threw me with a piece of paper and said go to scanning for an appointment, guess what my appointment is scheduled for the 13th May 2020 we are in March now while i went through 2 months with pain, was absent from work for most of the 2 months because i could not even carry my body, i still have to go through March then April to get to May.. who knows maybe they will not even Operate me in May, They DO NOT VALUE PEOPLE'S LIVES!!!! Forgetting im someone's Daughter, someone's mother, someones wife, whether i die or my symptoms escalate or complicate they DO NOT CARE! because i can't afford medical aid at the moment does not mean i don't deserve help from Public services, i'm a taxpayer after all, im sure i have the right to utilise the services if needed. Im disgusted by the fact that i have to wait and see if i will make it to May or die before then.

My boyfriend was admitted for depression and a psychiatric evaluation he was placed in the same ward with critically I'll patients where he has to hear thier cries the whole night one of the patient died while watching. I don't know how they expecte one to get better if he is exposed to such. Terrible institution.
