I have paid my full subscription for the whole month. It worked for a week. Since I reported it and they said they sending a technician. I mean now they not answering me on their WhatsApp line. I can't report on email as they don't have. It's almost 3weeks with this wifi of theirs. I want my refund and they not responding
Useless wifi I have ever used in my intire existence. All they know is to schedule useless Technicians who do not pitch. The whole week we have been experiencing no internet without explanation or reconnection. I have been sending messages and all they know is to give us people who don't know their job. Pathetic network and useless internet connection. Worst worst worst
24hours waiting at the casualty with no assistance. Please can the health minister intervine . People are losing life's sitting on the wheelchair. For God sake it's during the week
They took my R111 in my card and says pre authorization. Don't know what authorization is that
Since i bought the sim card, tried to activate it online. was charged R250 in may, it did not connect and called them to ask nd talked about the refund will be done after 10-14days. It passed i called again they said 72hours. its approaching 2months
Since I paid my dstv on the 30th, it is the 7th day of not reconnected. They said they want proof of payment I sent nothing has been resolved
Poor service, starting from their call Center, I paid my DSTV subscription of R510 DSTV compact plus on the 3rd of July. They disconnected the package on the Saturday the 11th. When I called to ask whats the matter now, they reconnected me back. Today on the 16th they did it again, I call them they want POP which i gave them and now they telling me i need to wait for 72hours. I am so damn furious and they do not communicate and give feedback.
