Horrible experience

I had a horrible experience here. Came to fetch my brother after he stayed there for 10days 2 of those days he spent unattended on a bench. Came discharge day, I came to fetch my brother after they've been calling me asking me to fetch him. I get to the hospital only to find the discharge form missing from his file. The Dr who was handling my brother's file never filed and discharge form and h3 had already knocked off. The only Dr who was on call was in theater and we had to wait over 2hours.
