Far East Rand Hospital

Horrible experience

I had a horrible experience here. Came to fetch my brother after he stayed there for 10days 2 of those days he spent unattended on a bench. Came discharge day, I came to fetch my brother after they've been calling me asking me to fetch him. I get to the hospital only to find the discharge form missing from his file. The Dr who was handling my brother's file never filed and discharge form and h3 had already knocked off. The only Dr who was on call was in theater and we had to wait over 2hours.

Bad customer service/negligent

On my way to work my shift last night I passed by McDonald's East Rand Value Mall drive through. I ordered 3 meals, 1× bigmac medium meal, 1 × McFeast medium meal and 1× larg quater pounder. As i left the driver through i didnt check my order until i got to work only to find out that thet didnt invlude my bigmac meal in the bag instead they gave me some small checken burger with no fries. I tried calling them but they never picked up. We ended up not even eating that night

Horrible customer service

Bad customer service, they never help with anything they just lodge a ticket number and leave it at that. Zero communication.

Horrible customer service

Customer service is absolutely horrible non existent communication line. I've had multiple issues with my connection and everytime I report ot takes them 3days to respond. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use flycool they are absolutely horrible.

I made two order from Mr D for food, unfortunately both my orders were unsuccessful so they said. They deleted money from my account and on the app they said they reverse it, till now no money has been reversed. Horrible service from Mr D

Bad service

Bad service. First of all the employees are so rude over the phone when you place an order. They don't deliver on time promised to deliver.
