I placed an order at 5:00, but it did not arrive until 7:00
I placed an order at 5:00, but it did not arrive until 7:00. When I opened the order, the food was completely cold. The potatoes were very hard, and the burgers were cold as well. And if you talk to the manager she has a attitude.

Bad service from sazbar in brakpan
I placed a pizza from sazbar roadhouse in brakpan 5 past 5 its now 7.34 and my pizza is still not here I spoke to the lady that and hase more excuses said 5 min and then phoned again spoke to manager the manager has a attitude problem wont recommend this place to any one there service stinks

Bad service from sazbar in brakpan
I placed a pizza from sazbar roadhouse in brakpan 5 past 5 its now 7.34 and my pizza is still not here I spoke to the lady that and hase more excuses said 5 min and then phoned again spoke to manager the manager has a attitude problem wont recommend this place to any one there service stinks

Owner rude and threatened their customers.
Terrible food old and not fresh. If you complain about the food quality. Owner phone you back and threatening my wife and say they are untouchable and we are more than welcome to put photos on social media. If you serve food to the public. You can use their remarks to better yourself. Please take critisismm. Do not threaten the people that pay your bills.

Sissbar - Worst dining experience ever.
Terrible service, they did not prepare the food to what we ordered at all. When I told the owner, Perry, that I do not want the 2 x 500g T-bones because we specifically asked that they do not put basting on the meat, he became aggressive, hitting the window and carrying on like a mad man. We have supported Perrys for more than 18 years - his shop and his roadhouse, but this was the last time we will ever go there. If I can give you advice, do not go there. There are plenty of other decent food places around.

Unhappy
Very unhappy with the Sunday lunch i ordered today, the amount of food for the price it is worth it. Bought cheese burgers and chips the chips are half cooked had to refry them. The sunday lunch was missing veggies. Not worth the money I spent

WORST ROADHOUSE EVER
This place has absolutely the worst waiters not even to say how Rude!!!!! Food is very good but the service is absolutely terrible orders is always ALWAYS wrong And even if you complain nothing ever happens!!!!! Won't be seeing me ever again

Sazbar roadhouse are ******* and ***** your money
We ordered food here on the 31st Jan and when our food came it was time to pay, this is not the first time this has happened, the first time it was just for milkshakes and a small amount so we left it, but this time our order was more than R500, we used their card machine and the machine showed the transaction didn't go through, but the money was taken out of our account, after insisting we pay again my husband just refused because he showed then in his banking app it went through, they then took the food back and didn't refund is saying the money will be in our account the next day which was Saturday, my husband then went back on sunday still showing them no refund in our account, they then promised it will reverse in more than 48 hours, on monday my husband went again and even showed the bank statement and account that the money still isn't reversed, that the owner doesn't even have the audacity to come and talk to my husband and only sent the waiters, so unprofessional and rude. They basically stole from us, please be careful paying with your card because they take your money. If you read other reviews you will see there is more than one person complaining about this.

Worst Customer Service
I would just like to share my experience with Sazbar Roadhouse Brakpan. Their food is great value for money, I have not had a complaint with them up until recently. We decided to go sit and eat. Yes they were busy however we parked our car a waiter came up to us and asked if we wanted to order take away or sit down. We told him we are going to sit down. He then said someone will come and help us. We sat down and waited for someone to clean the table and give us menu's. Another waiter came to attend to a table that was there before us but at the same time did not try to assist when done with that table. We were sitting for about 10 minutes, then a new table came afterward we had been waiting and not been helped with a another waiter who had no problem cleaning their table and handing them menus and basically helping them while we sat high and dry. I don't know why we were ignored and basically brushed aside. We have been going to this roadhouse for a long time and supporting them and this is how we get treated. I am extremely disappointed and quiet frankly I have not returned since.
