Thank you for the regular updates, the phone calls and the Whatsapp messages. You are a star. All I can say is Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Terrible service, they did not prepare the food to what we ordered at all. When I told the owner, Perry, that I do not want the 2 x 500g T-bones because we specifically asked that they do not put basting on the meat, he became aggressive, hitting the window and carrying on like a mad man. We have supported Perrys for more than 18 years - his shop and his roadhouse, but this was the last time we will ever go there. If I can give you advice, do not go there. There are plenty of other decent food places around.
Fonyam are a bunch of idiots. They call me at least 3 times a day looking for Sibusiso. I keep on telling them that I am NOT Sibusiso, they have the wrong number. Last time they called me to try and "resolve the matter" they insisted that I share my ID number with them. I will not do so, they cannot even keep their own Rika information correct, how are they going to keep my ID number confidential?
They keep on calling me, even after politely asking them to remove my number, as I do not and will never have a contract with them. The company is incapable of removing a number. The agents calling for this person also rude.
I am very annoyed again by the lack of service Makro South Africa. I have not bought from Makro for years because of the poor service. After deciding to start using Makro again, and placing my first order in years, my order is delayed, without prior notice. The call centre,Thando, tells me that the order is delayed and that Makro only sends out 100 orders per day. Also said that I will receive feedback in 2 to 3 days. She was reluctant to give me the call centre manager's name, since the manager does not even work at the same place as the call centre. Themba eventually took the call, he is the supervisor, and promised to call me before 3pm today. Although he was very professional, I cannot accept that Massmart treats their customers this way. Themba did not honor his word, he did not call me back at 3PM. I have had a look on hellopeter.com, and there are hundreds of complaints made, so many that there is a backlog of weeks where Makro have not responded yet. * I had no previous communication that the order would be delayed, surely the company should have known that there was a delay. * Themba told me that the web site is not accurate, in that it is not live. * Carnival Mall branch still shows on the web site as having stock of the table, but at the new price. * I still do not understand why there is a delay, as Massmart is a big international chain, and must be able to sort out their logistics in time.
My daughter is waiting at the radiology department, in PAIN!!! Oneplan is not responding. They rejected the claim because of concurrent claims (Is it not logical that one would go to the doctor and then to radiology ?)

Netstar seems to be all about the subscriptions and nothing about professional service delivery. I ordered the service on the 19th of May 2022. Since the very beginning things looked bad, but I preferred to overlook it. On the 25th of May I got an email with my details - Name wrong, colour of the vehicle wrong, contact details of relatives wrong, address wrong. The installers were supposed to call me on the 23rd, they only called me on the 25th, after I nagged the sales consultant. The unit was extremely unprofessionally installed in the most obvious place, where the cable would be damaged every time the vehicle is opened for service, repairs etc. After complaining another installer came, who did a better job, but still not great - the relays were stacked in to a space, where it was not working properly. 6 Days ago, I reported that I am getting false crash reports. My family are informed that I was in an accident. I get hysterical calls. I asked them to fix it, but I am being ignored. I have really now taken every action that I could, except for searching legal opinion, which will be my next step. I made a grave mistake by signing up with Netstar.
