I placed an order at 5:00, but it did not arrive until 7:00. When I opened the order, the food was completely cold. The potatoes were very hard, and the burgers were cold as well. And if you talk to the manager she has a attitude.

The customer service are bad I asked can I get my parcel before 10 as I stay in brakpan and there is a brakpan branch they come with stories not to assist me

On the 5th of Septem...
On the 5th of September 2025 I gotted my resubmission marks back i failed again I called mancosa the receptionist laughed at me which is very unprofessional towards the students ...Durban branch did call me that same day and they say it's because I changed the company (how can you fail a student for changing a company) on the 8th of September 2025 I recognize i can't submit anymore I called mancosa in Pretoria bad bad bad service the manager still don't want to assist me in this case because I asked him how can a 90% drop in a month time to 20% ???how is this rasism
