Farfetch is a scam

I bought Moschino shoes from Farfetch last month and already the shoes are tearing and I spend 5k on the shoes… I can’t seem to get assistance for the shoes to be returned because they say they don’t accept worn shoes. How does a designer shoe tear in one month?
