Refusal to return goods

Hi

I bought shirts for my boy in thohoyandou.the shirt are too big and I do not want to keep them

I went to return them but the guy, michael who was assisting mehe was forcing me to exchange whereas all I want is my mone

It shows that there is no regard for customers meaning that customers rights are being violated by all staff of fashion express, forcing customers to only exchange no cash refunds

I was told that mpho store manager is not around I wanted to call her , but I was told that she left her fone in the store with a bad attitude and showing poor customer service

Kindly assist me

I want my taxi fare back because I travelled to thohoyandou and I did not get what i wanted
