Can we be rescued from the hands of our abusers , the Indians and their shop assistant as they do not care about the customers They do not do refunds They refuse to do exchange and they have instilled the abuse language to their shop assistants They show that all they want is your money not co soldering that you are happy or not about the clothes you bought from them I know that there is consumer protection act which protect customers from abuse by Indians
I want to report fashion world stores to the enforcement units within the consumer protection act Fashion world stores managers, Indians and their store assistants, they are abusing consumers and not complying with the consumer protection act They do not allow customers to return goods on sale or do exchange They only give 7 days of doing exchange after that the customer will be stuck with unwanted goods goods because the Indians want profits for their selfishness They are all rude, the managers and all the store assistance They do not care about customers but they want to make profits as Indians I want them to be charged for abusing customers and overriding customers rights for their own profits
Do not visit pep thavhani mall cause they do not do returns of the goods you bought from other stores The assistants there are saying their managers told them not to accept any returns for goods bought from other pep stores With other retailers, you can make returns and they do not give you bad attitude which I received from pep thavhani mall Poor service starting from managers They forgot about the rights of consumers I think i should also take it up with consumer affairs because poor consumers in vhembe district are being abused by illiterate pep assistants and their managers because I once came across the same treatment at PEP PHANGAMI, along PUNDA MARIA ROAD, I had to fight for my refund
I had a contract with vodacom I paid my outstanding balance in November 2017.
