Refund not received

Went to Mapnaya Mall Fashion Fusion on 05.10.2025 to buy some items. I paid with my card and was told that the transaction failed on their side but the money went out from my account. They then said I must pay again and the 1st transaction will be refunded back into my account.

Till to date I haven't received the refund. I'm at the store again for the 3rd time today and they're telling me that they're still investigating.
