I've ordered two dresses beggining of December, on the 12th Dec I was called by Raeesa informing me they out of stock with other dress and she give me options for refund or credit and I told her they must do refund. I sent her an email, she apologize for delay and said she will process the refund and after waiting for nothing I called her and she said the same thing. I called again on Saturday and ask for order details which I sent but no email notification as she promise.
Can I please get my refund.
