I've ordered two dresses beggining of December, on the 12th Dec I was called by Raeesa informing me they out of stock with other dress and she give me options for refund or credit and I told her they must do refund. I sent her an email, she apologize for delay and said she will process the refund and after waiting for nothing I called her and she said the same thing. I called again on Saturday and ask for order details which I sent but no email notification as she promise. Can I please get my refund.
I used to have an account with them and I paid it up 2022 but they continue handing it over to Nimble Group. I sent all proof of payment to Nimble and there was no solution till Nimble Group handed me over to JER 31 & Associates for the same account. I don't know why they can't see the account is paid because the statement back then was 0.00 balance
I order at Debonairs Blue Downs on the 15th of this month, waited for my order but nothing came. I called following day, I was told refund will be paid within 2 business days. After 2 days I follow up again, even go to the store and I was promised it will be paid and they will let me know. Till today nothing from them even the refund is taking forever, I'm disappointed from them as they run big business.

I booked fimily ticket for the expore and they change the date. I request a refund, sent them all requested information. They mentioned it will take up to 30 days but till now since September no refund has been made. I'm so disappointed with their customer service, it's like all they want it was our money.

I have an Alarm system with them, because of unemployment it was in areas. When I'm doing payment on the normal bank account I was paying all to fund out I'm paying Total Alarms. I'm still struggling to get my refund instead they hand my account to Attorneys. No update regarding changes of Bank Details, and I've been sending emails to them no valid response.
I once had a contrat with MTN via Mondo and I did a cancellation and send the phone back. More than 3 months I was informed that the cancellation has been done throgh help of Hellopeter. Now I'm receiving calls from Debt Collectors regarding outstanding balance for MTN contract and they said the contract was not cancelled, please help.
I am writing this on be h la f of my patner. He applied for a loan between 13/14 July and he was told he have to approve a mandate on FNB App or ATM and the mandate was sent unfortunately he didn't approve on time and it was expired. He went to the Bank again to ask them to resend but he didn't receive anything, Saturday morning and from the beginning of this week we've been trying to phone and the consultants telling him different stories. Even today he didn't receive any good news regarding this matter.
