I had a bad experience with Dinosaur world when they cancel their show I asked for my refund since September till now nothing I've been sending messages to them on whatsup, Facebook page, email with no luck

Good Morning. I believe sometime last year, there were interviews and articles about the Dinosaur world event. Which also took place this year here in Cape Town. The event was this year supposed to be about 4 days event, but only happened for two days, and as always left many very disappointed. We had booked for a Sunday 24th September, but that turned out to be one of the days that the show was closed down. Until today we haven’t received refunds, but they keep on promising to be paid. The only way of contacting these organisers is via messenger and I still have all conversations. Please help with any advice. We can’t afford these ****mers to continue doing this to people every year. Many thanks.

If i could give 0 stars i would, this company doesn't respect any customers, they don't deserve customers. After purchasing tickets for specific date, the event was postponed by the company and I could no longer attend on the new dates. I then requested a refund in June 2022 and I am still waiting for it to be processed after supplying all required information as per there refund policy and waited the mandatory 30 days for the refund transaction to be processed and still no refund. I have sent countless emails an no response was received. These people just stole people money.

In 2022, we purchased tickets for the Cape Town show and when the dates changed we could not attend. We requested a refund (June 2022) as per the refund policy, provided all documents as well as information. It is now April 2023 and we still have not recieved a cent back. Total *******.

I booked fimily ticket for the expore and they change the date. I request a refund, sent them all requested information. They mentioned it will take up to 30 days but till now since September no refund has been made. I'm so disappointed with their customer service, it's like all they want it was our money.

I booked tickets when it first became available. Then they had to change the dates due to the fact that they weren't prepared. I requested a voucher so I can book new dates. They sent me voucher codes but it didn't work and after numerous emails and requests for assistance, I asked them to refund the money and I was getting no joy from them. They requested my bank info and said that the refund can take up do 30 days. It has now been 2 months and no refund has been done and no feedback from them. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service and I feel sad that a company like that can keep on doing this to people as I know I am not the only one struggling with this issue.

This is a scam and something should be done about it! They moved their initial dates that we booked and paid for from July to October 2022 and when we could not attend any of the new dates said we could get a refund but now not doing the refund. Also blocked me on Facebook so that I cqnt complain anymore. They are scamming people out of their money!
