Efficient refund process
I needed a violin for my daughter and the service was good to check stock and confirm price. Placed my order, paid and a day later needed a refund and it was processed really quickly just needed to wait a few days for the banks but the online sales team was really attentive.

If i could give 0 stars i would, this company doesn't respect any customers, they don't deserve customers. After purchasing tickets for specific date, the event was postponed by the company and I could no longer attend on the new dates. I then requested a refund in June 2022 and I am still waiting for it to be processed after supplying all required information as per there refund policy and waited the mandatory 30 days for the refund transaction to be processed and still no refund. I have sent countless emails an no response was received. These people just stole people money.
