Sells old damaged equipment as new
Ordered Chauvet Derby X. Item arrived in worn box. Loose items rolling inside around the unit. Rust on handles. Paint marks on unit. One chassis ***** fell out. Avoid this company.

Bad experience with SBR Pro Sound
This company give you one price over the phone and a much higher price on whatsapp. When you ask for full quote to compare they wont reply and when you phone them back they say they do not work with people that compares quotes.

Efficient refund process
I needed a violin for my daughter and the service was good to check stock and confirm price. Placed my order, paid and a day later needed a refund and it was processed really quickly just needed to wait a few days for the banks but the online sales team was really attentive.

Wait two days before they will process your order
Only after paying do they tell you they can only ship after two days. Amazing how other online stores are instant… First and last time I will buy from them. Avoid this business

Outstanding services:
The services that I received from SBR PRO SOUND at Spriings(Gauteng prov.) are so amazing.I reside at Phalaborwa(Limpopo prov.).It was on friday 1140 when I ordered my eletronic keyboard.The customer care that I receiced so great.They told me that It will take about 4 working days to receive my parcel.To my surprise on the 1st day(Mon) of countdown 15:00 I received an sms confirming that my parcel has arrived at Phalaborwa will be delivered the following day.I willfully drove to collect it.The keyboard was nicely packaged, adapter & manual included.This company is a PRO indeed.KEEP IT UP!

Thank you so much for excellent service. Solly went above and beyond to give us excellent after sales service. I bought a cello for my daughter when we got it something was not right. Solly phoned me back immediately and arranged a replacement. Thank you i will always support you guys!!
