I'm still waiting on order i paid for on 20 January to ship to me. Sent them query on whatsapp support, email and contact on their website and get no response.
I called around 8 July to block my phone and received ITC number. I provided this ITC to my insurance, but they told me the ITC number I provided was blocked in 2019. I bought the phone in May 2018 and have never blocked nor claimed for this phone. Insurance will not pay out until I provide a new ITC number. Can this be resolved ASAP, I did not block this IMEI. It's infuriating trying to contact your agents as I get transferred to contracts and then get told they don't have TransUnion credentials and then I get asked to call back. I have called 8 times today and on 2 occasions it cut out after agent answered.
Dealt with consultant Felicia Toll, who resolved the claim timeously and always kept me up to date with claim. Thank You so much
Logged claim on 17 January 2022, people cam over to inspect the fridge and I have not heard anything since. Consultant is never available when I call and don't receive call back after I leave message to call me back. This is not the first time I have made a claim, the others were done timeously but this is taking long and I am receiving no feedback. I had to buy a bar fridge in the meantime as this was taking too long. I just called again now, consultant not available and agent I spoke to on phone said they will leave a message for consultant to call me back, but I doubt that will happen.

Bought a graphics card on 27 November that was delivered over a month later. Graphics card was not functioning and i requested a refund via email. I got no response via cell or email, but they sent courier company to collect item on 15 Jan. I checked the status of delivery with courier company and it was delivered, so emailed again asking for status of refund and that the item was delivered to them. No response. I just emailed them again now asking for status.
