I bought a car from Fast Car Auto and the salesman that assisted me was Aziz Mahomed. The deal went well and I had my car in no time. I had then requested a spare keys for the car and was provided same by Aziz. However since I have the keys it never worked it starts the car but will not lock or unlock the doors. I explained this to Aziz and he suggested I should drive long distance and perhaps while driving the key will charge and then work. We went on a Durban trip trying to charge the key and even after that no change. Ever since the June trip in 2015 I have been explaining to him that the keys still won't work. He then suggested in January 2016 that i bring the key he someone will check it out. Eventually the key i got back was in a disgusting condition it now had no cover and was falling apart. I was then advised the key had fallen in water yet no one could advise why. Bootom line he found someone that can fix the key but he bluntly and RUDELY advised he WILL NOT PAY for it. I paid for the car no hassle but now its an issue for him to do his part. This is appalling customer service and i will take this further.
