<p>i am not the richest man alive. i am bellow avarage and then you have a company like Fast car Auto that rob you even more of you hard earn money</p> <p>i found a vehicle online that i was interested in and decided to call in to reqeut about the vehicle.</p> <p>a sales man took my call and gave me a contact number for a woman claiming to be Yolandi Bosshoff. the Dealer Principle that was not sure how they work and manage a normal car deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>she told me that i would have to pay a securing deposit so that they do not send the vehicle to aution the next day as it was a bank repo</p> <p>i abliged and payed a total of 15800 plus a delivery fee to the company</p> <p>i recieved a sales agreement and application form for finance, i was told that i would also recieve a discount on te vehicle because i would pay montly. i did not understand this but i did not know their policy or work procedures so i left it.</p> <p>i recieved an invoice for the price where the discount was given of R62000. the original ammount was R69000</p> <p>i qeustioned Yolandi on this and she replied she wasnt sure how it works but she will find out.</p> <p>on no document did it state the total % deposit was required</p> <p> </p> <p>The finance was approved and then forward the document to me with an 45% deposit that was required and from whereby they financed for R69000 instead of R62000</p> <p>i qeustioned Yolandi on this and she replied she wasnt sure how it works but she will find out.</p> <p>on no document did it state that a 45% deposit was required. so clearly the woman that handled my sale was incompetent and is not fit to be a dealer priciple</p> <p> </p> <p>It was stipulated that on one of the documents that if the sale did not go through that they will refund my money and keep 1% to recoup i believe</p> <p> </p> <p>I told Yolandi Boshoff that i would have to cancel the deal and was promised a finance deal and that there was no mention of a 45% deposit . Yolandi gladly said that she will try and speak to the finance woman called Vanessa Smit</p> <p> </p> <p>i then left it to wait and see.</p> <p>Later i was called and promised that my money will be in before the end of the week.</p> <p>the week went past and no money</p> <p> </p> <p>i called again. after many calls mad the call was answered and again promised that it would be paid in that friday.</p> <p>Another week past and nothing.</p> <p>in the meentime i manage to get hold of another sales man called james and said that he will try and have them call me back. </p> <p>he also said that Miss Yolandi Bosshoff was on pay leave that friday. So it just got me wondering. Nice holiday on R15800 rand</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually after 3 weeks or so this Vanessa Smit called me back sounding alot like Miss Yolandi Bosshoff telling me that i have two options. eather i pay the rest or fight it in court</p> <p>and then also said that the woman that told me they will pay my money back only had shares in the company. I told her that i dont care who she is they must just pay my money back.</p> <p>Miss Vanessa/ Yolandi told me then they dont care, i must stopp calling this number and hang up.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is people that need to be taking up with and cannot hold it to that.</p> <p>the story has some pieces that i left out to cut time and reading. but something needs to be done with this people for delibaretly stealing the hard earnd cash from others</p> <p> </p> <p>becarefull if a deal said we deliver nation wide. it could be them</p> <p>Iwas also told that this company closed down about a year ago because they where robbed of about R1.3 m and couldnot recover their lost money</p> <p>They have contact details</p> <p>James the sales man that was draged into this is the only person that you could get bt i wont do him in. he tried to assist me. that man needs a bells</p> <p>Office nr ********** </p>

I bought a car from Fast Car Auto and the salesman that assisted me was Aziz Mahomed. The deal went well and I had my car in no time. I had then requested a spare keys for the car and was provided same by Aziz. However since I have the keys it never worked it starts the car but will not lock or unlock the doors. I explained this to Aziz and he suggested I should drive long distance and perhaps while driving the key will charge and then work. We went on a Durban trip trying to charge the key and even after that no change. Ever since the June trip in 2015 I have been explaining to him that the keys still won't work. He then suggested in January 2016 that i bring the key he someone will check it out. Eventually the key i got back was in a disgusting condition it now had no cover and was falling apart. I was then advised the key had fallen in water yet no one could advise why. Bootom line he found someone that can fix the key but he bluntly and RUDELY advised he WILL NOT PAY for it. I paid for the car no hassle but now its an issue for him to do his part. This is appalling customer service and i will take this further.
