Okay. So here is the deal. About a day or two ago I recieved a call from miway insurance asking me if i got a minute of my time. I kindly agreed to the talk quickly. Thandeka was the call center representatives name. She claimed that they are tryin to beat premiums of other insurance holders. Verry much the same as budget with a R400 gift if they cant beat your current installment I took the quick run through of what a normal reqeust forma qoate would need. In short miway turned out to charge me about R 100 over my current insurance charges me. So it was requisted that I forward my current policy schedule to miway. To ********** So I gladly did as they requetsed. Today I recieve a good looking qoate proposal from miway. At the same time Thandeka the same sales representative calls me. She quickly ran through the comparitive qoates and with the premium that is about R50 cheaper that my current installment. This is okay. But it was then said that their insurance dont require a tracker unit. And my vehicle alreadyhas a tracker unit fitted and is included into the my current insurane premium. And if you had to cancel that insurance, i would have an extra charge of i think about a R160. Could be less but not less than R100. If I had to take and accept the miway qoate i would loose a perk of vehicle retrieval if stolen an be paying miway and a tracker in two different payment. And this would make my installment for miway much more. Not that the R400 was mentioned but the arrogance of saying they are beating my premium is just plainly a scam for wanting to pay me the R400 as promised. Cant these people just keep there nose out of other peoples business and not waste their time I honestly believe they need to pay me the R400 as mentioned and keep their word.
I must say, from all the car dealers that I approached looking for a vehicle. The staff at Sunward Motors realy went the extra mile to assist in getting me a vehicle. I wouldve giving them 5 stars if there was no repairs of alterations with my purchase with them. The price was a bit high on what i bargained on. But honestly I think it was worth it. I had problems with the vehicle from day one. Little bit of smoke with oil leaking. But today i can safety say today that i bought a bakkie and the dealers just made it better. Engine totally redone, and its a pleasure to drive it. For all the people that had a bad experiance with Sunward motors. If you had a little patiance. It wouldve paid off. Believe me. Thanx for the awesome service
Please assist me with what the way forward is please. My problem is this. Recently i moved over from pet supreme to bobtail because my supplier stop selling pet supreme. My dog ate the food for about 3 days got verry sick. He had a verry loose stumach with watery stools. This afternoon he threw up after drinking water. I rushed him to the animal clinic to see what was wrong with him. I was worried that it could be cat flu. But there was no signs of it. The vet qeustioned me on the food i gave him. I told him that i give him bobtail and its only been three days. And he told me that was where my problem is. And he advised me to change the dogfood at once. After a Vet Bill of just over R600 now i have to get other dogfood and pay a vet bill because of Bobtail. Please get back to me wrt this please. We cant afford to loose animals of poor and unhealthy food Kind regards Dewald De Beer

Yolandi gladly said that she will try and speak to the finance woman called Vanessa Smit</p> <p> </p> <p>i then left it to wait and see.</p> <p>Later i was called and promised that my money will be in before the end of the week.</p> <p>the week went past and no money</p> <p> </p> <p>i called again. after many calls mad the call was answered and again promised that it would be paid in that friday.</p> <p>Another week past and nothing.</p> <p>in the meentime i manage to get hold of another sales man called james and said that he will try and have them call me back. </p> <p>he also said that Miss Yolandi Bosshoff was on pay leave that friday. So it just got me wondering. Nice holiday on R15800 rand</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually after 3 weeks or so this Vanessa Smit called me back sounding alot like Miss Yolandi Bosshoff telling me that i have two options. eather i pay the rest or fight it in court</p> <p>and then also said that the woman that told me they will pay my money back only had shares in the company. <p>For about 4 years ive been with capitec bank and i thought that i have to comment on the service that they promise to offer and actually give</p> <p> </p> <p>they promise to make the customer happy</p> <p>they ay that you are in control of your money</p> <p>they say that they will make banking easy</p> <p>they say that you can bank anywhere</p> <p> </p> <p>to be honest. there is so much more that they offer. and all the above mentioned. "is no lie!!!"</p> <p>they are by far the best bank have ever banked with. All the staff at this specific branch that i have been going to for the last year or so are always eager to help you. there is never a but or no. its always lets help.</p> <p>if i could put a star on the name board like a hotel. id put 5.</p> <p>there is just one issue ith the bank. and alreasy they are trying to improve it. is the waiting in line. but this is going to be reality being such an awesome bank. </p>
<p>2015/08/26 i was invited to a seminar for GTASA. You are welcomed and a very impressive presentation gets laid out. Afterwards you get seperated into group to be assisted by a representative to explain the process further. Included in a holiday package you will in no later that 2 weeks receive a member ship password and username for the website where you can book holidays and so on.</p> <p>Convincingly they catch you to purcahse something you dont want. Once tou have signed. Thats it. Debit order already. </p> <p>Now from here. Everything changes. When i say it change. I mean you are on you own. A whole year or so went past before i could book anything. So i went on holiday without their help. I only got my website details after asking many time after about 12month. It could be less cant remember. </p> <p>So already. A couple of Rand down the drain making them rich and you poor for no reason. </p> <p>So then you want to cancel. You send in email after email. So nothing happens. So you get tired and call in. " Please help me canlel my policy with GTASAm okay we will help. I see you have logged an email asking for service. Okay i see you have emailed 3 already. We will assist you but dont stop your debit order" a verry short conversation. But now i am waiting for the assitance. If nothing happens im exteding this complaint. </p> <p>!!!!!!People please. Do not fall for this happy and cheap holiday ****. Its a waste of money and you get no service for your money.!!!!!</p> <p>And you dont get anything back if you dont use it. </p>
