I had a loan with fastcredit and the debit order was supposed to run on the 22nd because my pay day was on weekend, they did not debit then and tried to on the 25th, I sent an email to Kay Isaacs and an arrangement was made to cancel this month debit order and collect on 23/08/2022, but to my surprise this morning there was an amount of 1300 reserved for school fees on my account and they took it, I sent numerous emails to Kay since 7:45 today and no response, I want them to reverse the payment and stick to arrangements, this is annoying and I have never defaulted on payments, this was the mistake from their side
