Hi my daughter wanted to upgrade her matric subjects at star schools in Braamfontein a month ago to register and Sesethu who deals with registration turned us back , she said we should pay 50% of her subjects which cost 16,000, she communicated with Sesethu on WhatsApp and was given the banking details and that she should come for orientation and registration fee of 1150🤷🏼♀️we deposited 9510 on 03/03/2025 , last week we called to check if they received payment, they acknowledged but said she is not registered therefore she cannot start classes, I spoke to the principal Loraine, unprofessional, rude and arrogant, she kept shouting when I was explaining to her what transpired and Sesethu did not inform her to come register after paying, she hang up We went there the same day and asked to see her and she took her time to attend to us then eventually we went to her office, she was defensive and didn’t want to acknowledge their mistake, she told us to sign the refund form and that’s it There was another lady whom she introduced as her senior so when we started having an argument I said I prefer to talk to her senior because she was still rude, disrespectful and had a stinky attitude, the so called senior changed portfolio and said she is HR personnel 😡she said we should go to department of education at omonde and ask for extension of registration date, they will give us a letter for them to register her, Loraine said even if we get the letter she will not register my daughter because she’s the one who calls the shots We went to omonde and was assisted by a very informative man, he said yes the registration is closed and they do not extend nor give letters and that star schools has a reputation of sending students to them and the government is not associated with any matric rewrite schools, they are private By the way the principal said she is appointed by department of education 😡 so I asked him, he said no😡lies of someone who’s running a school We went back to Braamfontein and related the information we got, she said she was sorry 😡 **** apology, then I said I want the refund, she gave us a form to sign and said it will take 4 weeks 😡 I said it’s not acceptable I want it with immediate effect, they she promised that she will instruct the finance department to pay immediately and it will reflect in 2 days time which was supposed to be on Monday the 24th but no money was deposited I called on that Monday and asked to speak to her but was told she is in a meeting then I was transferred to Mpho who deals with finance, I related the story and he said he’ll get back to me after 5 minutes, he didn’t, I called back an hour later and I was told they are both in a meeting he will call me back 😡😡😡a minute later he called and said refund will reflect on Friday the 28th. No money received I am disgusted and annoyed by the principal who is not only a **** but ************* and I am asking Peter to investigate this matter and the legitimacy of the school because the department of education personnel told us that majority of these schools charge 100 per lesson and even referred us to funda centre in Soweto to get information and registration for next year, star schools charged 16000 for 4 subjects + 1400 for registration This school is *****ulent and preying on innocent black students who are desperate Please help me get my money on Monday the 31st and investigate why are they *********** poor students with such ridiculous fees for upgrading subjects, their psd rate is questionable because their students fail, I got the information from department of education The principal should be investigated because I doubt she has the qualifications nor the capability of running a school
My child nomonde Ndima app**** to study social auxi****y and was declined on Christmas Day via email, Unisa discriminates against black South Africa’s , they give 1st preference to foreigners because they pay cash, why is she declined because she s passed her matric with diploma, I want the money I paid for registration and ******** clearance, what they do is disgusting , 3 years of rejegtions by UJ and netcss as reg are education fucultyt of emergency and critical care 😡😡😡😡South African universities are ****** AND THIS HSS TO STOP, I want my money and my child is suicidal 😡😡😡😡

On the 21st December 2024 around 9:45 I bought groceries at Pick ‘n Pay Clearwater Mall R1991 and among the items was 5kg supreme chicken drumsticks, the chicken is rotten, I cooked it twice , recently yesterday and I didn’t sleep at all due to severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea, I’m extremely annoyed because I had to throw away the left drumsticks and yet I paid about 340 for ROTTEN LESS 100% chicken 😡 I will never buy food items from pick n pay and I will spread the word on social media because clearly they are selling 4th grade food, we are facing a problem with foreign nationals poisonous food and yet one of the biggest hyper market store is selling the same stuff, I want my money back, I don’t have the receipt however I still demand a refund and request that Peter forward this complaint to the health minister and inspect the shop 😡😡😡😡 there’s no expiry date on the item, what nonsense is this and where do they stock their meat products, it’s not 100%CHICKEN😡😡😡
Hi, my daughter app**** for social work diploma course at Unisa, the following were required, referrals from her high school, police clearance and online assessment and all was done, now tonight at 8pm 21/12/2024 she received an email saying that her application is declined because she does not need college requirements 😡 1st if she passed her matric with diploma and the then minister of education said university entrance iPads mark is 30% , which is disturbing and degrading to the level of education in our country however my daughter exceeded that mark What kind of a person sends such an email on a weekend, few weeks before Christmas,😡😡😡 are they promoting suicidal thoughts to our children? She is miserable and I don’t know what next, as a parent I find it disgusting that a person can be this cruel to email such disturbing news during this time of the year 😡😡😡 South African children are overlooked and neglected by universities because preference is given to foreign pupils, the system is failing our children and perpetuates suicide threats to our black children I demand the R180 which she paid for police clearance, registration fees as well as a valid reason for declining her application because what they are saying is bull **** and unacceptable, this is nothing but segregation and ************** against black South African children who have the zest for education to better their lives Should anything happen to my child , the university, Thabo Mbeki will be held accountable, should she dare take her life, her name is Nomonde Ndima
I’m not surprised but rather extremely annoyed by Cell C deliberate failure to resolve the issue, I’ve emailed them the bank statements with all transactions by them as well as the debit order that was successful on 06/11/2024 of 467,00 but still the phone is blocked 😡😡😡 the CEO AND MANAGEMENT ARE JUST AS *********** AND USELESS hence their staff can get away with *****ulent cell phone deals and debit orders, as far as I am concer I NO LONGER HAVE A CONTRACT WITH YOU, I CANCELLED IT ON 01/10/2024 when you BLOCKED IT FOR NO APPARENT NOR REASON, you are nothing but a nightmare to your customers, you lie and yet I forwarded you all the proof and yet you failed to send the signed contract because you know there are discrepancies , 0848045464
My mother was offered a cell phone contract telephonically by Cell C and the phone was delivered to her, the monthly payment for recycled iPhone 8 is R400 however every month they increase the amount, the phone was blocked since 01/10/2024 and yet no payment has been skipped, we contacted Cell C via WhatsApp and obviously no solution because we are talking to a programmed robot, she’s been to Cell C maponya mall branch and annoyingly they fail to assist except to give her a phone to call customer care which is of no use because they take people for granted and are useless, up to now the phone is still blocked while they keep messaging up her bank account with random debit orders. I want Cell C to come collect their phone today at 515 Madondo street, Mofolo south, Soweto and cancel the *****ulent contract with immediate effect, Cell C is a ******* service provider, they prey on innocent elderly people, the CEO should account for this complaint and do as I say because my mother cannot continue to pay for services which she doesn’t get to enjoy, this is ***** and Cell C should be investigated and exposed, her number is 0848045464
I’m extremely annoyed by the manner in which the deputy director of Labour centre at Maponya mall Ms Jane Moloto and the supervisor Sonwabile who was assigned to deal with my claim deliberately delay to make a payment for a claim I submitted on 01/10/2024. The level of disrespect and poor service is disgusting and their miniser Peter go****wana is just as arrogant as his staff. I had an encounter with one of their staff members by the name of Bella and lodged a complaint against her but till today no disciplinary action against her all because of *******ion and taking citizens for granted. They said I will get my money in 14 days but till today no payment and both of them are now ignoring my emails, how pathetic is the deputy director 😡no wonder her staff is unruly because clearly she is just as *********** as them, I vowed never to set foot at any government department because of the attitude, disrespect, inconsistency and arrogance of Bella and I’m still waiting for the outcome of my complaint, I will escalate this to the minister of police and correctional services to investigate this barbaric centre and I will not rest until someone takes accountability and respect their jobs, otherwise all of them should be expelled, they probably don’t even have relevant qualifications while SA youth with degrees are unemployed. I want my money before the end of business day and I am going to take this further, we are tired of *******ion and laziness of government black employees who think they are untouchable and above the law
I’ve been trying to update my details on Sanlam portal and claim for two pot savings however till this day my details are not updated, I tried to claim 2 weeks back online but no confirmation that my claim has been processed, I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service I got and I’m currently on unpaid leave since July 2024 due to illness and again when I seek assistance with sickness benefits claim, I do not get help, why do they have online services and WhatsApp app which quite frankly is useless. I want to withdraw from two pot and I would appreciate if someone can take accountability and process my claim, numerous emails were sent since September and no help at all 😡
