i took a loan in June and was supposed to pay back on the 23rd however the pay date was on a weekend therefore they were supposed to debit on the 21st but they didn't and i suspended the debit because i was expecting money the following Monday, now yesterday i received a letter of demand, no contact was made and then i emailed THABILE MASEKO AND KAYS ISSACS to query what they have done because i never disputed the debt nor dd i refuse to pay, we exchanged emails and i noted that they were not professional and lack customer service and they were not acknowledging their error but kept shifting blame, then kays BLACKLISTED ME, I AM ****ED OFF AND REGRET EVER DEALING WITH THE 2, IT IS BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEES LIKE THEM THAT COMPONIES LOSE BUSINESS AND END UP BANKRUPT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE EXCEPT THEIR JOB, I evn asked them why are they not sending another debt mandate but they wer rude and kept exchanging unprofessional emails, i want the CEO Emeka Iloelunachi TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND REMOVE MY NAME FROM itc because i never said i will not pay and they did not handle the issue well

Now Kay’s Isaac who is a senior displays no customer service at all, she is shifting the blame and comes with no solutions but threats, I never refused to pay but the manner of approach and the steps they took to hand me over is unacceptable, I never said I won’t pay and there was no communication from them , I sent them an email yesterday after I received a letter of demand, I want them to send a debit mandate like they did when they caused the same problem. , they are so unprofessional and I wonder why the business is surviving with such *********** arrogant staff

I had a loan with fastcredit and the debit order was supposed to run on the 22nd because my pay day was on weekend, they did not debit then and tried to on the 25th, I sent an email to Kay Isaacs and an arrangement was made to cancel this month debit order and collect on 23/08/2022, but to my surprise this morning there was an amount of 1300 reserved for school fees on my account and they took it, I sent numerous emails to Kay since 7:45 today and no response, I want them to reverse the payment and stick to arrangements, this is annoying and I have never defaulted on payments, this was the mistake from their side
