I transferred 890 from m my FNB account to my Capitec account on Saturday but still no money reflecting, this is not the 1st time I encountered such delay and inconvenience, I want my money immediately, Capitec bank is a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
I took my car to the machenic, his name is khulani 076 059 1998 in August 2023 for gearbox, computer box, van arm and fan replacement, 138 main Road Newlands, I paid him upfront and now he keeps stalling to give me back my car, I went there last week Friday and I noted that my car is stripped, I am asking you Peter to help me get my car back today, fixed because I paid for labour, I bought the gearbox, computer box, fan and v arm, he is no longer taking my calls, please help me get this guy arrested and my car and the money as well as all the parts pi bought back today
I transferred 500 from my FNB account to Capitec this morning. When the recipient went to withdraw, it doesn’t reflect on her account, I want to know what happened from both FNB and Capitec and I am not going to the branch as they have instructed, I need that money before the end of business day to Capitec account. What nonsense is this, I don’t have time to go to the branch, I do this every month now what happened, I want this matter resolved and I am not going to reverse it

I am sure know my issue regarding this place and pension funds and yet no one is giving me answers including you regarding the legibility of this company. My aunt was told once again that she will be paid 2nd week of October. She was told to pay 1400 for SARS and last week when she went there a lady by the name of jamain was surprised and told her that she only had to pay 400, the person who works there , who took the money ran away. I took a loan with this company and they debit from my account on my pay day so in July the payday was on weekend therefore they were supposed to debit on Friday, they didn’t, I suspended the mandate on weekend because I was expecting money on weekend and it was going to affect me, now yesterday I received a letter of demand, no attempt to contact me and yet it is not the 1st time they did it, I had to rectify their error the 1st tie it happened. Now Kay’s Isaac who is a senior displays no customer service at all, she is shifting the blame and comes with no solutions but threats, I never refused to pay but the manner of approach and the steps they took to hand me over is unacceptable, I never said I won’t pay and there was no communication from them , I sent them an email yesterday after I received a letter of demand, I want them to send a debit mandate like they did when they caused the same problem. , they are so unprofessional and I wonder why the business is surviving with such *********** arrogant staff

I wrote a review a week ago regarding cellphone upgrade for my mother Thoko Ndima and I’m annoyed that no one from MTN maponya mall responded, I demand feedback from Charles molapisi and his management team, I am taking the phone back to the store at maponya mall and my mom will cancel the contract, the service is disgusting and no one wants to take accountability, I will never recommend MTN to anyone, they are discriminating and unprofessional and have no regard for their customers, I will also write an email to the CEO, such a poor customer service
I am disgusted with the manner black consultants treat black customers, my mother ungraded on the 5th of January 2023 at maponya mall, the consultant who was assisting her took advantage of her and convinced her to take huawei nova8 when she wanted Samsung, she agreed because they convinced her while they knew that it is not selling, she is stuck a phone she doesn’t want and yet she pays every month, they said she will get a speaker as a freebie but till today she didn’t get it ever time she goes there they say it’s not available, we are going to return the phone and if they don’t want she’d rather cancel the damn contract, I demand a prompt response from the manager and CEO by tomorrow, I don’t take kind to ************** and unfair treatment, a customer should be sold what she prefer and they took advantage of her because she is a 70 years old black woman, they should take it back and give her a phone of her choice, she is paying it’s not a freebie and the manager should deal with the person who was assisting her and I want an outcome by tomorrow
I I was withdrawing money from FNB Southgate ATM and the machine restarted and I didn’t get my cash, I went inside and one of the staff members told me that they will log an atm dispute and I will get the money after 2 working days, that will not happen I want my money now, how am supposed to get back home, this is their machine issues and I won’t leave until I get my money now , I’m ****ed off and I regret banking with this bank , I want my money now, I will not wait for 2 working days, I won’t
