I took a loan with this company and they debit from my account on my pay day so in July the payday was on weekend therefore they were supposed to debit on Friday, they didn’t, I suspended the mandate on weekend because I was expecting money on weekend and it was going to affect me, now yesterday I received a letter of demand, no attempt to contact me and yet it is not the 1st time they did it, I had to rectify their error the 1st tie it happened. Now Kay’s Isaac who is a senior displays no customer service at all, she is shifting the blame and comes with no solutions but threats, I never refused to pay but the manner of approach and the steps they took to hand me over is unacceptable, I never said I won’t pay and there was no communication from them , I sent them an email yesterday after I received a letter of demand, I want them to send a debit mandate like they did when they caused the same problem. , they are so unprofessional and I wonder why the business is surviving with such *********** arrogant staff
