Good luck getting your goods from this 'courier'.
Good luck getting this company to a. delivery anything even when you have paid for re delivery or 2 contacting you to tell you when to stay at home for 8 hours and wait for them or 3 just reply to any email in a timely manner.

<p> Delivery man spoke with dispespect and refused to deliver at the farm house, delivery was done at the entrance gate of the farm. The delivery man complained of the route that is used to the farm house allthough no other delivery company has ever complained in 20 years. Poor service, horrible attitude and disrespectful. </p>

Accident
Had an accident with one of their trucks and their driver was wrong and I tried to lay a complain on the 24 July 2015 till today I have not received any feed back from them.

Fast Freight NO SERVICE
Customer in Swaziland requested Fast Freight to pick up a package from Lanseria. On 12/02/2015 it was collected by Thembani the courier guy. He had no airtime and i had to phone him to give directions. 16/02/2015 and he still does not have his package. Fast Freight cant find it. Missing and nobody phones you or lets you know what is going on.

I phoned Francious at the close of their business day requesting an urgent collection to be done.<br> Not only did Francious go the extra mile, his driver Immanuel, was very friendly, on time and helpfull.<br> I want to give them a big thumbs up and compliment them on a job well done, and going that exstra mile for even the smallest customer.
