Bad admin service
Both myself and my doctor sent an email for my chronic heart meds. 17th and the 25th. They are basically calling me a **** claiming that there was no attachment and that they have no record of my emails which were definitely sent to them. I have proof of emails sent to x3 different email addresses.

Poor Service delivery.
Standard bank never fail to disappoint me. There failure rate is 100% I have been holding on for about 20 minutes, after being told I will transfer uou to the retention department. STANDARD Bank is currently the absolute worse when it comes to service delivery. It looks like they are competing with the current government, zero service delivery. Pathetic Service
Your building insurance department is totally useless. We are covered for pest control. Saturday we discovered a section of our house is infested with termites. But the person in the call centre is totally useless and *********** to understand that we are trying to log a call/claim.
