After settling my loan and asking for my profile to be deleted as I don't trust this company, he refused and said it cannot be done and explained legal charges which was a whole bunch of ****, when I said that I worked in a financial services environment and understood the process then suddenly he responds that my request can be done and has been submitted to the relevant department.
