I purchased a Fastjet ticket in October 2024 booking ref: AB3WS3. I was suppose to fly out on the 21st of November 2024. Fastjet changed the flight schedule so it was no longer convenient for me to fly out at the new schedule.
I then informed them that I won't be able to fly out at the new scheduled time and requested that the tickets be scheduled to a new date in 2025. They responded to me saying that they will issue a refund. And they said it will be processed through computicket who said it will be processed in 6 - 8 weeks. They requested my bank details but no payment is coming through.
I have written several emails to computicket with Fastjet in copy but I have not been paid. Computicket says they await authorisation from Fastjet. As of now both Fastjet have started ignoring my emails.
This is not the kind of service to be expected from an airline. The customer service from their trade department is poor.
