NEVER USE THE SA POST OFFICE LEARN FROM ME!

I have had the WORST SERVICE EVER with FastNet and the SA Post Office!

I honestly don’t understand why they still exist when they continuously provide us with the worst service!

Your call center agents are so unhelpful! I have called 5 times about the same parcel that’s been missing or “with the night shift delivery” for 3 WEEKS?! It was supposed to be delivered within 2 DAYS?! And every time I call I get the same BS explaination. My business has been jeopardized by this rubbish service!

I can’t believe i trusted you people with my livelihood!

Can someone just give me back my package!
