Fstnet are dishonest, *********** n best ****mers of note!! I am in South Africa I have being dealing with Fastnet now for sometimes now, they are unable to pay me my money instead they put pressure on me to cover costs that was supposed to be covered by them. FASTNET is a **** and a *****. I advise you not to use this company. They lost my packages twice. They are a ****. They will open your parcel and take whatever is inside and claim a hijacking accident. They always make sure you don't get hold of them, not even replying to your emails. They promised to compensate, but they are taking me from pillar to post. WOULD NEVER ADVISE anyone to use them. Worst experience ever. Please get good service elsewhere.

FASTNET is a **** and a *****. I advise you not to use this company. They lost my packages twice. They are a ****. Paid in advance for a month to month contract.After 3 weeks no installation and cancelled.Spoke to Mohammed via email and he asked for my bank details to refund.It is now two months and no refund and no response to my verious emails.

There consumer service is pathetic... And they are ripping customers off on there prices....!!! The computers is slow and they not very friendly I wouldn't advise anyone to go there...

I have had the WORST SERVICE EVER with FastNet and the SA Post Office! I honestly don’t understand why they still exist when they continuously provide us with the worst service! Your call center agents are so unhelpful! I have called 5 times about the same parcel that’s been missing or “with the night shift delivery” for 3 WEEKS?! It was supposed to be delivered within 2 DAYS?! And every time I call I get the same BS explaination. My business has been jeopardized by this rubbish service! I can’t believe i trusted you people with my livelihood! Can someone just give me back my package!

I am trying to find out why I am being billed in 2017 for a router that was supplied to Vesa Pty in 2011 when the company went bankrupt in 2012 but I am not getting any response from Fastnet apart from threatening letters. Vesa Pty was liquidated in 2012 and everything was wound up by the liquidators so why am I now suddenly being hounded for the price of a router? According to the statement the account number is PRO-VES001P

We paid the courier company to collect the goods from me in midrand this morning, at the last !minute the drivers informs us that he cannot come as it is not his route, this is damaging our reputation even yours ,I'm sadly disappointed on the services you provide
