FASTNET INCOMPENT AND DISHONEST
Fstnet are dishonest, *********** n best ****mers of note!! I am in South Africa I have being dealing with Fastnet now for sometimes now, they are unable to pay me my money instead they put pressure on me to cover costs that was supposed to be covered by them. FNB INCOMPENTANT BANK DESIGN
This continue to rob poor south African, i log a dispute with them on 6 January 2024 at Hazyview branch, i was given a reference for that. The dispute started on 4 January 2024 when doing purchase, the amount was deducted twice so when i log the call with them on 6 January was told it will take 5-7 days, on 17 January i went bank to told so this process take much longer period, it will be resolved on 26 January, Then on 29 January i went back to check what is the problem then was told they can't find this call on their system i need to start the process again, then they will call me after 5 working days. All this is happening on their Hazyview branch. This is what they do their clients, i think a white client will have been treated better. WESBANK scandal is not by accident. I do not live in Hazyview every time i need to leave my business, uses my resources to follow up on them. Guys lets boycott this bank. I am moving my account to another bank.

FASTNET!!!! Worse Experience Ever!!!
FASTNET is a **** and a *****. I advise you not to use this company. They lost my packages twice. They are a ****. They will open your parcel and take whatever is inside and claim a hijacking accident. They always make sure you don't get hold of them, not even replying to your emails. They promised to compensate, but they are taking me from pillar to post. WOULD NEVER ADVISE anyone to use them. Worst experience ever. Please get good service elsewhere.
