Can someone from Afrihost call me back at a reasonable hour!! I’ve logged calls every morning since Friday and agents call at 7/8/9/10pm to go through the same process, say they’ve logged a fault then say my fault had been cleared but I STILL HAVE NO INTERNET?! Please I know you might be overwhelmed at the moment, but this is a service I pay for and need!
Dear Telkom THIS IS MY 30 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE! I can’t express how annoyed by your service I am. Really! Can someone answer the stupid phone?! How are you the biggest telecommunications company in this country but still provide us with such archaic service?! I have waited a month for a response and spend so much money waiting on line just to cancel this terrible service of yours! Your website doesn’t help either Please can someone answer the phone? I will not put up with this any longer
Hi Can someone from Telkom call center call me back? I have called 10 times, spend 30 minuets waiting for someone to answer the call. I’d like to cancel my service and your online portal doesn’t help either. Thanks
I have had the WORST SERVICE EVER with FastNet and the SA Post Office! I honestly don’t understand why they still exist when they continuously provide us with the worst service! Your call center agents are so unhelpful! I have called 5 times about the same parcel that’s been missing or “with the night shift delivery” for 3 WEEKS?! It was supposed to be delivered within 2 DAYS?! And every time I call I get the same BS explaination. My business has been jeopardized by this rubbish service! I can’t believe i trusted you people with my livelihood! Can someone just give me back my package!

<p>dearest telkom</p> <p>it is incredibly amazing how a telecommunications company with so many years of a great market share such as yours, in freaking 2017, have the worst customer experience EVER! </p> <p>Just a simple update on my services with you is going to take me another three wasted months of my life. Can someone answer the phone? Like why do I have to call you? After requesting call backs, going into stores with the most unhelpful agents amd paying for this unreasonable service? <p>Dear Talksure, I get that your agents have a job to do. To try sell insurance or whatever it is that they trying to get me to buy. But when you call me at 9am and I say that I am not interested and you call at the 12pm then at 15:00 and i keep saying no?! What do you expect me to do?! </p> <p>Your call center agents are belligerent and rude. Telling me what I need after me explaining that i dont need new insurance, they become fiesty and loud then hang up! With not even "thank you for your time" ...
