Cartract is worse than Tracker.....
I am not happy with the service from car track, I singed up with them 10 months ago, now I am told that I have an extra service that was not billed for, I have to pay for something that I had not signed up for, they have now deactivated my service ue to this, I am not winning with the contact center. Your customer service is disgusting and you are a *****ulent company. I have seen a similar complaint, is this how you run your company?

Hi <br> <br> I am waiting for a wedding dress that i paid for two days ago, these people keep asking for my address and promising to deliver the parcel but they dont, when i called their contact number a lady answered and after giving her my details she hung up.<br> <br> The wedding gown needs to be used tomorrow for a wedding and i need it today as promised...<br> <br> I am very disappointed in this company, DHL is far much better than this..<br> <br>

Bad service , i will Never use you guys again.
We paid the courier company to collect the goods from me in midrand this morning, at the last !minute the drivers informs us that he cannot come as it is not his route, this is damaging our reputation even yours ,I'm sadly disappointed on the services you provide
