No Hassle Shopping

I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my girlfriend from Fat Frank Footwear, not knowing her actual size, but did look in a pair of her shoes. The online buying process was quick, safe & simple. The shoes arrived promptly, but were unfortunately too small. I emailed the Company and they advised me that a courier would collect the shoes from me, and the correct size would be couriered back to me.

And that is exactly what happened, no hassle, extra cost or unnecessary delay.
